You might be wondering why I haven't uploaded in a while. The answer is that I just can't think of what to do. Me and @PianoreGD are doing a collab soon and I have a few side projects that I'm working on but haven't finished.
Anybody got any tips on how to deal with writer's block? It's really sucky at the moment.
Also, @PianoreGD I'm free all day tomorrow if you wanna start then buddy :)
I don't know how to deal with writer's block, unfortunately. On most of the songs that I finish, I start with a melody or a chord progression. Not that that's too helpful...
Also I really want to know how you make good piano sounds.
I already have the progression and melody, just don't know how to finish it.
I use Nexus piano presets and then add a bunch of effects on the top of them. Fruity Reeverb 2 is the one I use a lot, since the built in reeverb isn't that great. Mainly I use the Netherworlds preset because it sounds otherworldly.
